  1. Cincinnati Childrens’ is #1 in the world as far as I’m concerned! My granddaughter had vocal chord paralysis and had reconstructive surgery done in Cincinnati after our local specialist could go no further in her treatment after four years of her having a trach. Now she is 100% better, no after effects. Thank God for Cincinnati Children’s!

  2. Cincinnati Children’s is the best. We previously went to another children’s hospital for our daughter who was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, they told us she needed surgery, we then went to Cincinnati Children’s for a second opinion and needless to say they are #1. Dr Denson and our nurse Pam had our daughter on the road to recovery and NO surgery!! Our daughter loves her Dr. and nurse! Thank you Cincinnati Childrens, Dr Denson and Pam in the GI clinic you are the BEST!

  3. Children’s Hosp. is amazing! My daughter (11) had her spine fused and we spent a week in the hospital with her. The physicians, nurses and staff were excellent. My daughter is not only walking but playing sports she couldn’t play before.

  4. I am not surprised that the NICU was rated number one! Our daughter with Trisomy 21 had many, many issues to work through after her birth. 5 1/2 months in the NICU allowed us to see how incredibly talented the team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and other staff members were. Cinci Children’s saved our daughter’s life, of that I am confident. While we still have some chronic issues, Caroline is a happy and energetic 3 year old! I wouldn’t dream of taking her ANYWHERE else for her follow up appointments with her specialists. I could go on and on and list everyone I thought was incredible….but let’s just say the whole department is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Well deserved!

  5. We love this hospital and the staff. Our son was misdiagnosed for 18 years at another Children’s hospital before he came here. We live in another state and our 2 hour drive to get our son’s care here is worth every mile. Social worker, Maureen Donnelly has made everything possible for our travel, our lodging, even a make a “Dream Come True” for our son to get a computer for college. She has gone above and beyond what any social worker I’ve ever known has done and I’ve been a nurse 30 years so I have known plenty in which to compare her dedication to her patients. The doctors, nurses, NP’s are exceptional, compassionate and caring. This hospital deserves it’s excellent rating. Thank all of you for taking such good care of our son.
